This place is awesome! So friendly and professional and it took 15 minutes. I love the complimentary hinge lubricant and windshield cleaning. This is my new favorite place for an oil change!

The techs were so sweet and friendly. They were very thorough. They even cleaned my front windshields for me. That has not happened in a very long time. They even offered me a cold bottle water, while I was waiting . They treat you like family here. Highly recommend them. 😊

I just moved here and was looking for a place to take my car for some mechanical issues and I’m so glad I chose to take it here. Silas was amazing and answered all of my questions and thoroughly explained all the issues wrong with my car. He was so nice and professional. I plan on bringing my car back to them in the future. I definitely recommend them!! You will not be disappointed!!

So impressed. I pulled up in a large diesel truck, not wanting to park and get it started to holler to the bay a simple question, but before I could Dominick walked out nodding (knowing my question) and said “yes sir we do diesels”. My experience including my tech Layla was top flight. I really like how they explain everything they are doing and show you the dip stick post oil change. This is Chick-filet level service with a smile, I’m so impressed. I had debated whether to continue to use the dealership where I bought my truck to do my oil changes, but with 140k miles and the difficulty getting scheduled vs just driving up, I decided to try this place and I’m so glad I did.

I moved to Franklin from Sacramento about two years ago. Looking for a lube place I just happened to find Super Express Lube. I couldn’t believe how friendly and professional the staff were. My first contacts were Brandon and Molly. I got my oil changed and a headlamp bulb was replaced. I have never been to a lube service business where the staff were so nice, thorough and professional. I have returned many times since with my Silverado and my wife’s car. I brought both vehicles in today and Molly took care of me. She is the Poster Girl for what service is supposed to be. She knows what she is doing and lets me know if an extra service is needed but she is never pushy. I will continue to bring my vehicles to Super Express Lube on Mallory Lane because of Molly and your other great staff. Ronald Dodd

This place is awesome. I used to drive a Subaru, in which oil changes were complementary per the dealership, so I never had to take it anywhere besides them for an oil change. Now, I drive a brand new Kia Sportage, and I got turned down by everywhere except them for my oil change. Everyone told me my car was “too new”, and they didn’t have the part so they couldn’t do it. Super Express Lube was the only place nice enough to take the time to order the part needed, so they could do my oil change. The guy that answered the phone, Dominick I believe, is SO nice and enthusiastic. Very pleasurable to speak to on the phone. Today was my first time going by myself to get my oil changed, as my boyfriend always takes it for me. They were amazing! They did not push unnecessary stuff on me because I’m a clueless woman, like most places do. I came on a Tuesday afternoon, about 3:30, and there was no line or wait. I was there maybe 15 minutes. Super quick, super easy! There was a tech up top, my receipt says her name was Molly, and she was wonderful! SO nice, and talked me through everything they did. They even checked to make sure my all lights worked correctly. Seriously the best place for an oil change! They are quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and VERY NICE! I recommend you take your vehicles here for all their needs.
