I visited Super Express Lube on 8/3/26 for the first time and had a very positive experience. The staff was attentive, helpful, and kind. There were a few cars ahead of me and I was offered water while I waited. The staff was knowledgeable and able to answer my questions and provided a seamless oil change. They also offered to clean my windshield while I waited. I highly recommend visiting! I am very pleased and will be returning.

My recent oil change visit was superb. I had a bad past experience at this location and expressed this to management. They immediately responded, refunded my money, and invited me back to make things right. I was very impressed by the service, honesty, and integrity I was shown by managers, Lexie and Layla. They were very professional and provided quality service. In a day and age where customer service and integrity seem to be lacking, I was very happy to see that this company, under the current leadership, did the honorable thing to make things right.
