I've been going here for a couple years now and I came home today and thought - I HAVE TO write these guys a review. Always fantastic customer service - and I always get seen right away. They were wearing their masks and practicing distancing - being respectful...I literally felt like I took my car to the spa...would like your doors oiled and windshield washed while you wait? Yes thank you. Can I reset your oil dashboard thingy (they used the correct word)...yes thank you. It was like luxury treatment for an oil change. I just love this place - I trust them to do a great job...and they always do.

Great Service and usually no lines.

This was my first time using Super Express Lube in Franklin and I was blown away. They were very kind and professional. They were very thorough they made some suggestion (air filters and a tag bulb) but didn’t pressure me to buy anything extra. I will only be using Super Express Lube for oil changes moving forward. Update: I was so impressed with my first trip to Super Lube Express that I took my wife’s car today. Everything was perfect just like before.

These guys are incredibly professional, efficient, cost effective, knowledgeable.....and the customer service is amazing!!!! We won’t go anywhere else.

Phenomenal service, price was a little above average $73 for 4.4qt or synthetic oil w/filter. Unfortunately my new apartment does not allow for working on your vehicles. But the customer service is far above anything I've ever experienced at a drive thru oil change so as long as I can't change my own oil I will definitely be coming back here.

Went in for an oil change and I won’t ever go anywhere else! They are awesome! Super friendly, very fairly priced, and willing to have a conversation with you! I’ve been to plenty of places where they just want their money and you leave, but this is NOT one of those places at all! Oil change was fast and the most enjoyable experience. Thank y’all!
