Extremely unprofessional - Loud music & noise coming from these employees is beyond acceptable for a community business that should care about their image in the community. Their future success depends 100% on community support yet they seem to care very little about the neighbors behind them in the townhome community. Wonder if any of them have small children or babies in their family? Probably not or they may think about the noise they are causing rather than their own self enjoyment. Need to recommend this entire large community to start giving negative reviews to this business. They obviously only care about people that are in their shop at that moment, and could care less after the clock. Not a smart way to run a community based business.
H. C., My name is Dominick Trujillo. I've been the owner of Super Express Lube since May 1, 2016, and before that, I was an employee of the company since the age of thirteen. I state these facts because I want you to know that I've been present at this location for numerous years. I fully understand your irritation with having excessive noise in your community. I would find it unacceptable to have to deal with this problem at my own home too. However, since the initial review about excessive noise coming from Super Express Lube (which was written 3 weeks ago), I've taken every measure possible to ensure that no music or excessive noise comes from the vicinity of my business. Music has never played inside the workplace since the four years I've been the owner. Noise coming from employee's vehicles was promptly corrected after the initial review about noise was posted. I'm unsure if you're aware of this, but we DO NOT have any association with the Cool Springs Car Wash next door. I state this because this self-serve car wash is exceedingly noise due to the business's customers playing music from their vehicles while washing their cars. It happens nearly every day as this car-wash is open 24/7. I have forwarded each complaint to the owner of the car wash, so he is aware of the noise issues. I please ask that you strongly reconsider this review and asking others to write negative reviews about my company. Every team member of my company and I truly cares about your community and any community in Franklin. Since I've worked here at the age of 13, I've made it my mission to ensure everyone, customer or not, is served respectfully and honestly by Super Express Lube and it's team members.
