Great service, good people, and trustworthy advice. Very satisfied with my experience at Super Express Lube. They quickly fixed engine issues related to fuel injectors and they cleaned my throttle booster for a great price. Jt and his crew were great help. I'd recommend them to anyone. Much better than dealing with a dealership.

Super Express Lube lives up to it's name - Super Express! Great service, the owner, JT, was very friendly and actually did the oil change himself. The price is the lowest in town and service just as you would get at a dealership. They recommended additional service on my car, but weren't pushy on getting it done right then and there. I will be going back (for future oil changes and my recommended service)!

Twice I have visited Super Express Lube, and twice I have been pleased with the service. I discovered this speedy oil change station through Groupon, The station is locally owned by TJ, and he's doing a nice job - the staff is knowledgeable, empowered to make decisions, and friendly. Today, even in the 100+ degree weather, at the end of the work day, the staff did not seem upset that I was a late arrival. I was even treated to $3 off the price of an air filter since mine was in such bad shape. Windshield cleaning service is included in the price of the oil change, and the technician who conducted my oil change today took great care to ensure a streak-free cleaning. After 15 or so minutes, I was on my way with a competitively priced synthetic oil change, new air filter, and clean windshield. Both technicians that were working the bays at the time wished me a good evening and let me know that I could come back any time within 90 days for a free top off. Not too shabby at all. The location is inconvenient for me, but I don't mind going out of my way to have my oil changed here. It's fast enough that unless there's a line, I could have it done on my lunch break or immediately after work (like today). If you're in the area and need an oil change, I highly recommend Super Express Lube.

This service garage is located directly across the street from Centennial High school between CVS and Sonic. Simply put; I will not take my car to another big chain oil change garage again. The owner, as well as his two employees are very polite, professional, and quick! The big chain oil change on 96 and south royal oaks took me for $70 and suggested I use a product that was not good for my cars engine. This shop owned and operated by J.T. suggested another type of oil service that has (as of today) proven to be just what my car needs to run smooth and trouble free. Thank you again J.T.

Super Express Lube on Mallory Lane in Franklin TN – WOW! That is all I have to say! I have gone to Super Express Lube a handful of times now and i am always amazed at how helpful, quick, and friendly the guys there are! The prices are TOTALLY cheaper than anywhere else and they go above and beyond the call of duty! I am writing this because just today i went there and the owner, J.T. (the nicest guy ever!) helped me out tremendously...I was in tears because my car was overheating and something was obviously very very wrong.....i was so stressed out thinking i'd have a big fat car bill......J.T. calmed me down, ordered a thermostat which came in 30 minutes, took care of my dog who was overheating too with water and a biscuit, and had me relax while he took care of everything! He barely charged me and I was out of there in no time! WOW...again I say it was amazing service! I have tried to find J.T. since he used to be at the Franklin Oilstop because of his integrity and honesty and great customer service skills and finally found him recently! One more thing....his two employees couldn't be nicer and more helpful! Thanks Super Express Lube! You saved the day!
